Are you serious about finding family and seeking the truth about your ancestor and not just legends?  Then this course will assist you with a methodology to do research, solve the dead ends, and overcome the brick walls that have blocked others as they trace family lines.   In this class you will learn when to use search and when to use research along with tips on avoiding 10 common genealogy mistakes that cloud progress on the elusive ancestor. Also discussed will be methods that lead to records about your elusive ancestors.

Ralph Willett is a Mesa Temple Visitors’ Center Volunteer and has been tracing his roots since his college days.  He has had many finding experiences that required continued search and research skills, which resulted in finding elusive ancestors.  He has been a class presenter at Gilbert’s Museum at HD South.
