This class is an overview and introduction to a powerful learning tool. This website is meant to be explored. The students will be shown how to navigate the website to find the items they need to learn how to use or to find items to increase their research skills.

Mary Hartmann-Bowden first became interested in Family History when she joined the Church in 1977. A mission and life prevented keeping up with the new interest until 2010 after attending a Family History Expo. In September of 2021 she became a volunteer at the Mesa Temple Visitor’s Center. And shortly thereafter she began to teach classes. Mary also serves as a Temple and Family History Consultant in her local church unit for the past year. Countries of research interest are England and Germany. Going to Genealogy conferences, online classes, and being a member of the local Family History organization has taught Mary many things and she is excited to share what she has leaned with others.
