Using Various Tree Views on FamilySearch to Build Your Family Tree – G. TOLMAN
Many individuals only think of extending ancestral generations when adding to their Family Tree. Adding to your tree by finding cousins who are descendants of ancestors born around 1800 is another way to add to your tree. The Fan Chart View on FamilySearch helps identify starting points to begin research and the Descendancy View points out areas of opportunity to add cousins to your tree. I will demonstrate what to look for. I will also show how Ancestry can be a tool to help.
